Refund policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your tour. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which Teresa Tours will provide a refund for canceled bookings.

Cancellation by Teresa Tours

In the rare case that Teresa Tours needs to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, insufficient bookings), we will provide you with a full refund for the tour cost. You will also have the option to reschedule your tour for a later date, subject to availability.

Cancellation by You

• Full refund: If you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund for the tour cost.
• Partial refund: If you cancel your tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the tour cost.
• No refund: If you cancel your tour after the scheduled departure time or do not show up for the tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to your Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing the date or number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and fees.

Non-refundable Items

• Travel insurance
• Any additional fees or upgrades purchased with your tour

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
